The mission

I've created this blog in order to have a public outlet for my work separate from my website. My intention is to post mainly sketches and works in progress, and feedback and critiques are more than welcome. I may sneak in the occassional rant or commentary, as well, either relating to art or certain aspects of the entertainment industry.

At the moment, my audience is mostly just going to be myself, though anyone out there who might be reading this is more than welcome to peek in over my shoulder. I really just want to encourage myself to draw (and model) more and really just put more critical thought into my work. So often my sketches end up in random piles of papers around my room, or I'm left with half-finished works abandoned in forgotten corners of my hard drive, and I'd like to have a more organized record of my little sketches and works in progress, whether or not they ever actually take on a final form.

So, for anyone who might happen to be reading this, welcome. And Karen, get to work. :)
